Processing time usually takes 1-4 business days (depending on the product). There are exceptions such as high volume / bulk orders, and orders during the Holidays, which could increase the processing time.

o PACKAGING o
Big and small sturdy artworks (box frames and framed paintings) are packed with bubble wrap inside a 4-ply corrugated sealed cardboard box. Artworks that can be rolled are packed and sealed in solid tube packaging.
o SHIPPING o
We are shipping via Aramex. Tracking numbers are available for you to check online the progress of your delivery.
It would usually take 1-3 business days within Sri Lanka, 2-4 biz days to India, 4-7 biz days to most part of Asia, Australia, Europe, the US and the Middle East, and 7-14 biz days for the rest of the world.
International transit times vary according to how long an item remains in customs. Transit time does not include production time. Also keep in mind that various factors can affect actual delivery time from weather to sorting delays within the shipping network.
The customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees billed by the destination country.
