This particular painting is about how we can reach and connect with a deeper part of ourselves by shutting down the monkey mind and either getting into the no-thoughts zone (pretty hard for most of us), into an awareness of what is with detachment, or into bubbles of creative thoughts spreading from the depth of our soul.
