The particularity of the "Microcosm Macrocosm" series is that the paintings mix multiple dimensions of viewpoints. In this one for example, Lord Ganesh and the first background layers are depicted from a front view, while the secondary background shows a top elevated view of fields and water reservoirs. This artwork connects us again with nature by using a mix of vines and leaves, reminding of the Sri Lankan tropical jungles and forests.
